Q. Do all of your rooms have kitchens?
A. Most of our
rooms have kitchens. 1,16,17, &18 have Fridges & Microwaves but, do
not have stoves. #21, 15A & 15B Have a mini fridge & Microwave.
Q. Do we need to bring linens and towels?
A. No, all of our
rooms are complete with linens and towels. However, beach towels
are limited so you may want to bring your own or purchase a
souvenier towel.
Q. Do you provide parking?
A. Each villa has
one parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle, daily and
overnight parking is located 2 blocks away for $6/24 hours.
Q. Do you have a pool?
A. Yes we have a
very nice heated pool!
Q. Do you have restrictions on pet sizes
and is there a pet fee?
A. We allow
well-behaved pets under 25 lbs for a fee of $35. Some larger pets
will be considered for a fee of up to $150. Picking up your pet
waste is a MUST!
Q. What is check in and check out time?
A. Check in is 3
pm. And check out is 10 am. There is no charge for early check in
however, you must call the office the morning of check in and see if
it is possible. Late check outs may also be possible for a fee.
Q. What time is "quiet time?"
A. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet Time is no later
than 11 p.m.
Q. Do you have irons or hair dryers in the
rooms?
A. All rooms do
have hair dryers. The iron and ironing board are located in the
guest laundry area to be shared by all guests.
Q. What about communications?
A. Free high
speed Wi-Fi. We also provide over 100 channels of direct-tv.
Q. What is your housekeeping policy?
A. We do not
offer daily housekeeping service but, we do have towel exchange as
needed. All rooms have brooms and dust pans for your use. Rooms do
not have to be cleaned upon check out but any tidying up you do
would be greatly appreciated. If your visit is greater than 7 days
we would be happy to service your room upon request.
Q. Are you located on the beach?
A. We are not
directly on the beach. We are only 60 steps to the sand. We are
located on a canal with boat docks (limited to size and
availability) if you choose to come by boat or rent a boat or jet
ski during your visit, it can be kept here. We also have gas grills
near the docks for cooking out.
Q. Do you allow smoking in your rooms?
A. All of our
rooms are smoke free. However, each unit has chairs and an ashtray
on the porch.
Q. How far are you from the Airport?
A. We are
located 20 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport. A
taxi ride is approximately $50. You have parking for one vehicle
should you choose to rent a vehicle. The Enterprise link on our
website makes car rental easy and saves you money.
Q. What is your deposit and cancellation
policy?
A. At
reservation you will be charged one night stay w/ tax for your
deposit. Deposits are Non-refundable unless arrangements to cancel
are made 21 days prior to arrival.
Q. Do you have a restaurant on site?
A. Yes we do.
Beach Doggie Dog is located on the property and is open from 10am to
4pm daily. We are also with in walking distance from many great
restaurants, bars, and shopping.
