We continually renovate each of our 20 rooms with new paint, hardwood floors, furniture and housewares.  We provide all the expected amenities plus 5 ShowTime Channels on DTV in both the one bedroom and two bedroom cottage suites.  We also feature a business center, WiFi Internet service, fax service and a library.  As proud owners we enjoy providing our guests with more than they expect.

The Silver Sands is located on a canal with direct access by boat to the Gulf and back bays, 2 blocks south of Times Square, and 58 steps from the sand.  Our property has been a Ft. Myers Beach landmark since 1935 and features “Key West” style charm.
